On November 25, 1896, a proclamation was published in Havana by the Capital General Governor of Cuba, and General in Chief of the (Spanish) Army Valeriano Weiler, which ordered: (…) First. A term is set until December 20, all the corn deposited in the farmhouses is to be transferred by its owners to the nearest town that has a detachment or to the immediate railroad station. (…) Second. At the end of the term established in the first article, all the corn that has been deposited in the silos will be considered as contraband of war, which will be seized and its owners subjected to the proper criminal procedure that will have to be initiated. An additional law would order “that within eight days all stores in the provinces of Pinar, Havana and Matanzas that do not have fortified enclosures (clothes, provisions, medicines and saddlery) will be closed. And that the measure will also be applied to the mills and farms that do not have fortified enclosures”. Other provisions ordered the deprivation of food rations to women and children of insurrectionists. After the 1896 decree, the Spanish troops swept all the territory of Pinar del Rio transferring as many people as they found in the countryside to the cities controlled by the military detachments. Forty years before the Nazis created the extermination camps, Spanish colonialism had created them in Cuba. Now we see how the Yankee empire wants to turn the whole of Cuba into a concentration camp, while threatening governments and companies around the world with various aggressions to keep them away from the island. That is the reason why the people of Cuba suffer difficulties in their daily lives that they would not have if the doors of trade and collaboration between countries, as is logical, democratic and humane, had not been closed to them by the empire of terror, the US.
The people who do not give up, the peoples who do not surrender, the people who have not yet been annulled by the conscience of humanity, who do not bow their heads, know what the imperialist blockade means, and they should also know that to such an ongoing act of aggression has been added the accident of the oil tankers, the various hurricanes, the Covid, … nevertheless, Nicaragua and Venezuela have supported the Cuban people. You who are a people know about hardships, and you know that Cuba gives what it has to those who need it, the best known example is that of its doctors and vaccines.
We cannot forget how many lives have been improved, how many lives have been restored, how many lives have been restored, how many lives have been made healthy by this island. To forget Cuba is to lose a sense of humanity, and no one forgets, absolutely no one, it can be seen how everyone in the United Nations, year after year, votes for the sinister terrorist of the world to leave free passage so that the world can enter Cuba and Cuba can enter the world.
In addition to the above, there is continuous communication aggression, the empire prevents Cuba from having access to the submarine cables that connect its region, the American continent and the world. Cuba, with great effort, has a minimum of means of transmission through the networks, and nevertheless, it is massively attacked by the mercenary cyber army assembled from the budgets of the White House to bomb the heads of the population, and those bombs are of falsehoods to open cracks in the unity, to weaken its spirit of solidarity and community, to destroy its culture. Can we call that freedom of expression?
But let us return to the wheels on which the empire moves, we were talking about Cuba, well, let us see where the hunger project comes from: Henry Kissinger took the plans of the globalist Rockefeller to control food and seeds to dedicate himself to the genetic manipulation of these, the recognized genocidal Kissinger synthesized such imperialist plans in a few words: Control the oil and you will control the nations; control the food and you will control the people. Genetic modification was premiered by Rockefeller and his followers in the Argentina of the neoliberal Menem and using the country’s population as laboratory animals by Monsanto and other multinationals that stormed the country buying large tracts of land for the task described. Soon Soros would buy land in Paraguay, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Guatemala to use it for the cultivation and control of genetically produced food. The murderer knows that hunger is a weapon of war, he knows that it is very powerful, and that is why, as far as Cuba is concerned, that Eisenhower-Kennedy proposed, and his advisor wrote it down, that the conquest of the renegade island could be achieved by starving its sovereign people; it is no coincidence that even by sowing Covid in the midst of the genocidal blockade, it still imposed 243 more blockade aggressions.
That is why you, who are a people, know what international solidarity is and do your part by doing what is in your power.
