Cuba Says Goodbye to One of its Greatest Musicians

Today in the early morning hours, one of the most important singer-songwriters in the history of Cuba, the troubadour Pablo Milanes, who delighted millions of people around the world with his tuned guitar and unmistakable voice, passed away in Madrid. Milanes is, together with Silvio Rodriguez and Noel Nicola, one of the pivotal founders of the Cuban Nueva Trova movement, which had an enormous range and impact throughout Latin America and in some European countries. Diaz-Canel and Putin Inaugurate Monument to Fidel Castro in Moscow

Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin presided Tuesday at the inauguration ceremony of a monument to the eternal leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro in Moscow. The sculpture stands on the square named after the Commander in the Sokol district. (more…)

Biden, Everyone Knows Cuba is Not a Terrorist Country

The Biden administration certainly must have gotten the message after the 185 to 2 vote for the thirtieth consecutive year, the United Nations General Assembly condemned the US starvation blockade on Cuba. Country after country from almost all continents not only condemned the U.S. economic war while making special emphasis to remove Cuba from the spurious arbitrary State Department List alleging State Sponsors of Terrorism (SSOT).
