“Today, the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned the Cartel of the Suns as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist Organization. The Cartel of the Suns is a criminal group based in Venezuela, led by Nicolás Maduro Moros and other high-ranking Venezuelan officials of the Maduro regime, which provides material support to foreign terrorist organizations that threaten the peace and security of the United States, in particular the Aragua Train and the Sinaloa Cartel.”
I would like to thank journalist and political analyst Orlando Pérez for providing me with this very disturbing information. This is a common practice of the US empire: to spread unfounded accusations in order to create a climate of opinion that justifies aggression against the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela or a military operation against that country.
Let us recall the allegations about the alleged existence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq or Libya, blatant lies that were spread as irrefutable truths by the Western media scum, accomplices to all of Washington’s crimes. After the media artillery pulverized the cognitive resistance of world public opinion, the attack by the United States and its sinister NATO cronies ensued, with the fateful results known to all.
We already know what their game is. We are on guard!
