By Diana Block on April 6, 2026

Cuba is not alone!

I met Adrián Heredia, the Second Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Washington, D.C. at the Cuba Under Siege conference on March 14th in New York City.  Adrián had recently assumed his role at the Cuban Embassy in January 2026, shortly before Trump issued his libelous Executive Order of January 29th which labeled Cuba a national security threat and instituted a total blockade on oil to Cuba.  Since then, Adrián and his colleagues at the Embassy have been working continuously to break through the mountain of lies propagated by the edict. By Francisco Delgado Rodríguez on April 4, 2026

Mr. Rubio

It must be said that the phrase “Cuba continues” leaves room for all sorts of speculation…

It is False to Say That Cuban Doctors are Slaves

By Luis Hernández Navarro on March 31, 2026

The offensive against Cuban medical brigades continues.   Pressure from the United States for the countries where they operate to sever ties with them persists. Just a few days ago, 227 members of the project returned from Jamaica after Kingston unilaterally terminated the bilateral health cooperation agreement.   This ended a 30-year-old agreement in which Cuban doctors treated more than 8,176,000 patients.
